Sanctuary Birds

These birds have come to us within the past two years, and they fall into two groups.

Group One:  These birds are here because their previous owners do not want them adopted out, but they could no longer care for them.  This will be their forever home, but the previous owners still play a role in the bird's life.

Group Two:  These birds are here because their previous owners could no longer care for them, but they are too aggressive to be safely adopted out.  The ultimate goal is to work with them until they can be adopted by  loving and caring families.  This is why we have a relatively small capacity of 20 birds.  This gives us time to work with the challenging birds.
